I mentioned in Week 1 of the programme guide, that as you work through the programme you will begin to understand all the fundamentals of fat loss.
So far, the main focus for you has been on getting into the habit of taking the correct actions to get your desired results. Tracking your calories, hitting your step count.
And as a result of doing so, you should be seeing that these two simple, yet essential habits are enough for you to start losing weight.
Now it is time for us to start adding that understanding. This week I want you to go to the learning library and watch the course “The Key Components of Fat Loss”. In this course you will take a closer look at:
What is a calorie?
What is a calorie deficit?
And much more. These videos will help add some substance to phrases such as – as long as you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight.
By understanding why and how this programme is working for you, why and how you make progress and why and how you lose fat, you build not only more confidence in the process, but also more confidence in yourself.
Once you develop a deeper understanding about fat loss, you become more empowered because you can start to make more educated decisions on a daily basis, that help you move towards your goals. And it is this understanding and confidence, that long term, will give you the platform to lose weight and create habits that help you keep it off forever.
