You have reached the end of the guided part of your programme - but the start of a new important phase.

You have thought about your goals; studied the psychology and science of weight loss and learned the importance of developing healthy and sustainable habits. It is those habits that will now help you to continue your journey towards your ideal weight AND help you to maintain it for the rest of your life.

It is a good idea to have a look back in the Learning Library and review any of the courses that you may have forgotten - and (if you haven't already) start a resistance training plan that suits your lifestyle. As a reminder you can follow the link in the myTraining section of the Dashboard to get recommended workouts and then supplement those from the Workout Library at any time.

The key habits that will help you most are tracking your activity, calories and protein every day and monitoring your measurements every week.

The AI Calorie Assistant is there to help you if MyFitnessPal doesn't work for you and we will be adding new AI features to help you plan your meals and prepare recipes that fit in with your Calorie targets.
