Sticking to your calorie target, and step target is enough for you to achieve your weight loss results as I have already mentioned.
But when it comes to getting stronger, building muscle, and really toning up, that’s where your resistance training comes in.
When you first get started, we will recommend some workouts for you. These will be selected to best suit you, based on your answers in the training selector.
This is to help you avoid being overwhelmed with where to get started when looking at all the different options available to you in the workout library, and it will give you a foundation to build on going forward.
Whether you are following the beginner workouts at home, or the advanced workouts in the gym, there are certain fundamentals to each programme and resistance training as a whole.
It is important that you understand all of these things, so you get the most out of your training and feel comfortable following the training programmes.
And we will go into more detail about all of them in the upcoming videos.
