My Notes
Taking circumference measurements is another really good way of measuring progress.
By taking measurements of all the different parts of your body you can see more precisely how and where your body is changing.
There may be times where you don’t see your weight drop as you’d expect but all your measurements come down.
It’s good to use your measurements alongside looking at your training programme, because if they are coming down, whilst you’re maintaining strength or getting stronger, you know you’re losing body fat. That’s the only way you would be getting smaller.
I would advise taking your measurements at least twice a month, and along with the pictures you will start to get a really clear overview of all the progress you are making.
