Once you have recognised how you are currently feeling, and why you feel that way, it is important to take a look at where you are right now, and what has led you to this point.

You might want to be a size 10 but are currently a 14

You might know you are 2 stone heavier than you would like to be.

Once you establish where you are, it is important to address why you are where you are now,

and start to gain some clarity about some of the obstacles you have faced, that have created this situation.

It might be that you struggled to find time to exercise

You might have found it hard to motivate yourself to workout, because you didn’t enjoy the types of exercise that you felt like you had to do

Perhaps you found it hard to maintain consistency with the diets you have done before because they were too restrictive or just unsustainable

It might be that you’ve had kids, got a new job, been under a lot of stress with work or life at home.

It could be anything.

In later videos I will help you find solutions to these problems, so they no longer have to get in the way of you and your goals.

But for now, recognising what has led to you being where you are today will help you going forward,

because you can avoid making the same mistakes again, and leave the diets and training programmes that haven’t worked for you in the past, behind you
