It might be that you want to get back to where you were at a specific time in your life when you felt your best.
Or fit back into your favourite old pair of jeans.
It might be that you are looking to reach a weight or a size that you have never achieved before!
Whatever your goals are, write them down.
These are going to be the physical measurements that you can keep track of as you go, to see how you are progressing towards your goals.
