My Notes
So, you are ready to go. You are ready to learn. You are ready to put in the work, commit to your goals, smash your targets.
Let me just say something before you fly off at 100mph.
I love the fact you’re motivated. Use that energy, keep that momentum.
I just want to inform you ahead of time, there will be obstacles.
There will be challenges along the way. That’s life.
Part of this process, because it is not just a specific set of rules to follow, is about learning from your mistakes. Trial and error.
You might have a busy day you forget to track your food, you might be overwhelmed with work and not have time to hit your steps target, you might just be having a bad day. These things will all happen at some point in time. It is important you accept this ahead of time.
So, when those times come, rather than reacting by beating yourself up about it, being disappointed and binging, you can sit back, review what happened, try figure out if there is anything you could do differently the next time you are in that situation and move on.
This sort of reflection and problem solving is what is going to start to create a plan, that you can sustain and stay on track with, despite all the different challenges that life has to offer.
In later videos, I discuss these obstacles that people face in day to day life and share the solutions that have worked with clients in the past, to help you overcome any struggles you may have along the way.
But for now moving forward with that attitude in mind is the perfect place to start.
