Your immediate answer to this might be - well it’s not really.

But let’s take a closer look.

If you’re currently feeling low in confidence because of the way you look or feel in yourself, that can have a huge impact on a day-to-day basis.

From the way you interact with your partner, your sex life, how you feel when you go out with friends, the confidence you have in yourself at work.

If you are feeling unfit, it might affect how you feel doing the things you love, playing a sport, doing activities on holidays, the energy you have with your children.

As I said before, people get used to living uncomfortably just through conditioning, because they have felt that way for so long.

And it is important to recognise all the ways this can be affecting your life!

When you start to look at how things could be different if you didn’t feel that way, it can be inspiring.

How would your life change if you had more energy, had more confidence?

How would that affect the way you experienced nights out, holidays, weddings, family occasions and so on.

Again I am not trying to make you feel bad, I want you to recognise the potential impact this can have on your life as a whole.

So, take your time to answer the question and think about it properly.
