Now before we move on, I am aware that it can be quite an overwhelming process setting these goals.

And as exciting as it is, it is easy to feel like you are so far away from your goal right now, that it is hard to know where to start.

This is where it becomes important now you have written down your goals, to chunk them down into smaller steps.

Your goal might be to lose 3 stone, but the first step is to lose that first lb.

Once you have lost that first lb the next goal is how to lose the next lb.

If all you have to do is think about how to lose the next lb, you will be much less stressed by the size of your long term goal, and it is much easier to stay consistent week on week.

And it is that consistency over time that will enable you to reach those bigger goals.

And you can repeat this chunking down process again and again until all you have left are the simple actions to take on a day to day basis, that will result in you losing weight.

So how do you lose the first pound? What are those simple actions to take on a daily basis?

By simply hitting your calorie, protein, and step targets that you will be given in this programme – you will lose weight.

And when you hit your targets on a consistent basis, you will progress week on week, and in time, you will achieve your long term goals.
