it is time to look forward to achieving your goals and getting excited about making some changes
To finish this process you are going to write down exactly
what your fat loss goals are
why achieving them is important to you
how you will feel achieving these goals
One of the common flaws that goal setting has as an exercise, is that whilst you are doing it you are really motivated.
But then as soon as the process ends, and you step away from it and return to normal life,
everything you have just thought about goes out the window, and you’re back focused on the immediate problems you face, or things to do that day.
Keeping your goals, and the reasons why they are so important to you, at the forefront of your mind is essential.
