So now you know that to lose fat you need to create a calorie deficit, that your calories in (the food and drinks you consume), must be less than your calories out (your total daily energy expenditure and all its components).
But what does that look like for you?
In this programme we calculate your specific targets for you.
Using your age, your sex, your height, your weight, and your current activity levels, the calculator works out exactly what your targets need to be to start making progress now.
You will have a calorie target and a protein target so you can manage your calories in, and a step target as well as your training programmes, to manage your calories out.
These targets are calculated specifically for you to create fat loss. If you stick to these targets, I ensure you, you will make progress.
In the last few videos of this section, I will go into a little more detail about each of these specific targets, so you understand exactly what you are doing and why from this point on.
