In summary no matter the diet, no matter the myth, the reason why all of these things can result in weight loss comes down to same thing. They can help create a calorie deficit.
Which if you think about it, is the only logical answer. It’s the only explanation for how you can lose weight despite all those contradicting factors.
You eat a low carb diet, high in fats – you can lose weight.
You eat a high carb diet, low in fats – you can lose weight.
You eat little and often – you can lose weight
You can fast for 16 hours at a time – you can lose weight
You can “eat more” – and lose weight
The aim of this course is to help alleviate some of the stress you may have felt around dieting that has always made things harder than they need to be.
You don’t need to feel guilty about eating certain foods, worrying that they will make you fat.
You don’t need to worry that you don’t have time for breakfast or that you can’t have your dinner until 9pm.
As long as you are in a calorie deficit, you will make progress. No matter what foods you eat, no matter when you eat them.
And the best thing about it is, that now you know this, it can all be worked around your personal preference, so you make the decisions. Rather than being told by a diet what foods you can or can’t eat.
