Set My Targets

Using the calculator below, we will calculate your personal calorie, protein and step targets.
When giving your activity level and weight, please describe things as they are now, rather than where you want to be.
For example - if your current activity level is "light", choose that option, even if you are intending to do more.
This will enable us to set targets that are specifically tailored for you, to achieve your fat loss goals.
