Previously you contemplated how not reaching your goal could perhaps negatively affect your life in the future. Now it is time to contemplate the alternative.

Just think of the possibilities of how life will look when you are achieving your goals.

When you have more confidence, when you like the way you feel in your clothes, love what you see in the mirror, you have that level of energy every day that you want.

What will your relationships look like?

How will it impact how you feel at work? The things you do for fun, you might finally take up that hobby you’ve always wanted to try

How different you feel on holidays, nights out, the different memories to create, the photos you have with friends and family that you always hated before.

You have more belief in yourself

You finally feel in control of your life

You no longer have feelings of guilt around food

You are proud for following through and committing to your goals, and doing something for you

You are able to balance your personal life with your physical goals and enjoy the best of both worlds

By recognising these feelings, these possibilities, it helps keep you excited and motivated about why you are making these changes in the first place.

This might seem a bit airy fairy, I get that, BUT.

There will be a time you can think back to, where you got ready for going out somewhere, you put your outfit on, you did your hair, looked in the mirror and felt amazing.

That feeling you have when you go out like that, you have so much more energy, confidence, you just enjoy yourself more.

It was probably one of your favourite nights!

The same might apply to a favourite picture you have of yourself where you remember how good you felt at the time.

Now imagine that feeling applied to every aspect of your life.

That feeling is confidence, and that will come from taking the action that you know you want to, that you know you need to, to reach your goals!

So write down how life will be different when you are achieving your goals? And how you will feel.
